Fiona has been a partner in this leading coaching & mentoring business since 2014 and has been instrumental in adapting their programs to thrive in today's fast-paced business environment. Together with business founder Paddy Sweeney, they are on a mission to 'change the world, one business at a time'.

Fiona holds degrees in Economics and Club Management. Her extensive background in managing licensed clubs for over 20 years has given her a wealth of experience in handling all aspects of businesses, regardless of their size, and best of all, experience and learning from the challenging ups and downs of the every day business environment which is invaluable for her clients.

Her true passion lies in helping entrepreneurs build thriving businesses so they can live life on their terms. Because she was so disturbed by the statistic that 50% of small business owners fail in their first 5 years. This need not be, so she set that as her mission - change this statistic and transform the lives of Service Business Owners and their families through their business success.

Throughout her years of business coaching, Fiona has had the privilege of personally coaching and mentoring numerous business owners, and witnessing the remarkable transformations and successes they achieved under her guidance.

In fact, that has been the goal for Fiona herself through her business. Fiona can do what she loves from anywhere in the world, providing she has internet!

Fiona and her husband, Peter, love adventure travel including cruising up the beautiful east coast of Australia in their boat, 3 months sailing with friends from Perth, across the top of Australia, to Cooktown, motorbiking through the remote hills of Vietnam and more - living their own Big Idea.

PADDY SWEENEY

Founder of the TEWAY Business System

Founder, Paddy Sweeney, is a true Entrepreneur with a passion for business and personal development.

He started his business journey honing his sales skills through door-to-door selling, residential and commercial real estate, plus embarking on an extensive personal development journey throughout his entrepreneurial years, which he continues to this day.

So dedicated to personal growth and recognising its supreme importance for any business owner, Paddy held the rights to Think and Grow Rich in New Zealand and ran training programs for aspiring entrepreneurs for a remarkable 8 years, and confesses, no-one learns more than the teacher.

With his wealth of business knowledge and experience, Paddy had a clear vision of developing a business that could operate successfully without his direct involvement.

So began the quest and passion for 'building your business to work without you'.

Starting with a one-man carpet cleaning business and just a single van, Paddy's entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand and establish 50 franchise territories across Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his journey, Paddy took the franchise model and built a business that worked without him for the next 15 years.

As Paddy's expertise in sales, personal development, and business growth continued to evolve, he saw an opportunity to create a comprehensive business system that encompassed the best ideas from his experience, his successful franchise network and business in general.

The result, the business system, known as TEWAY - the Entrepreneurial Way, which is designed to provide any business with the principles and systems that guarantee success for the small business owner who wants to build a business that works without them ... as long as the business owner is willing to dedicate themselves to doing what the business requires.

Paddy is now leading Stainbusters through a significant restructure, yet he always has time to chat with his many business friends and offer advice, while his business system continues to guide entrepreneurs, throughout Australia, and beyond, to build a solid foundation for success through the Business Improvement Academy.
